Lodging & Meals: 3–4 nights lodging + 9-11 meals covered for all team.
Pricing Clarity
Base Rate: $100 per competition day (covers 3 crew, tools, and logistics).
Transport Fee: None under 250 miles roundtrip
Local: $400 (≤1000 miles roundtrip).
Long-Distance: $800 (1000–2000 miles roundtrip).
Lodging & Meals: ~$900 3 nights / 9 meals
Labor: $35/hour per crew member (event service + 15 min setup + 15 min teardown).
Deposit: $100/day competition (non-refundable, credited to final invoice).
Parts/Fuel: Passed through at cost (no markup).
Driver responsibilities
Provide a rally-ready, insured, compliant vehicle.
Cover entry fees, competition fuel, and personal travel to the event.
Share special requests (dietary, etc.) Minimum 14 days in advance.

Service & Logistics: $1,750 total for:
2 competition days ($100/day × 2 = $200)
3 crew members ($35/hour × 2 hours × 3 crew = $210)
Local travel fee ($400)

Driver Responsibilities
Entry Fees: ~$1,000 (varies by event).
Licensing: $275 (ARA annual license).
Fuel: ~$700 (competition vehicle + tow/recon car).
Tires (Optional): ~$1,200 (new set).
Emergency Parts: ~$200 (contingency fund).
Tow Vehicle & Recon Car: Cost varies (truck, trailer rentals, etc.).
