The Pathway to Rally Participation
Radix Racing Collective exists to create more pathways to regular involvement with stage rally. We remove the logistics burden for competitors and build professional teams on a grassroots budget.
The Challenge We’re Facing
We’re fighting an uphill battle for the future of the performance motorsport community. Engaging people today is how we ensure regular participation in the future.
Entry is Difficult
It can seem nearly impossible to get involved with rally. When the entry lists are full of professional teams, it feels like not just anyone can compete. Without more pathways to regular involvement, getting the next generation of drivers into the fold is harder than ever.
Burnout is Easy
Planning for an event can get out of hand quickly, and it’s even more difficult when your friends can only help so much. Whether you’ve been racing for years or this is your first time, stage rally requires more attention, dedication and focus than ever before and the resources for help are fewer than ever.
Our Mission
Here at Radix Racing Collective, our mission is to create more pathways for routine, engaged participation in performance motorsports.
Our mission is to keep the doors open for drivers and crew, making it easier to find rewarding, regular involvement in the sport.
We believe that having a professional team is a mindset, not a budget. With effective planning, experience, a collaborative culture and the knowledge to back it up, any grassroots privateer can experience professional standards and a system that keeps them from burning out.
Why We Started RRC
We were looking for ways to get involved with rally and wanted to help others do the same. Radix grew from a simple idea: if we build an effective, supportive and collaborative crew culture, we can ensure current competitors can continue participating and boost their performance, all while developing a crew community to build the next generation of drivers.
How We Show Up
Everything we do starts with a plan, which we share with our team to ensure that events run on a clear, efficient schedule. The team should always be able to move fast under pressure without fear a of chaos. We stay clam under pressure, service is always an orderly procedure not a frantic rush. Drivers and Co-Drivers are afforded the entire service to relax and recharge while the crew executes the plan. With a crew chief directing activities in the service park, leadership is clear and decisions are quick, prioritizing safety and efficiency. Most importantly, we collaborate. We train new crew, share our knowledge & experience and look for ways to reduce barriers to entry in participation.
Safety
Safety is a non-negotiable. Tools are organized, roles are clear, and we’re always diligent.
Discipline
Drama steals speed. With thoughtful planning and detailed checklists, we hold ourselves accountable.
Respect
We treat all drivers like professionals. That level of seriousness is what gives us an edge.
Growth
We’re constantly working to involve students and new participants. We teach the why, not just the how.
Stewardship
Our goal is to leave the service park, the sport and the people better off than we found them.
Rally Community, Not Just Race Week
We’re here to grow the sport between events too: Through knowledge-sharing, crew opportunities, and participation in the SCCA rallycross and TSD programs, as well as volunteering at NASA Rallysport events. It takes all of us to keep rally healthy for years to come.

The Collective
“Collective” means that we’re bigger than just two people. We have built a community of trusted friends, crew, students and partners who believe in our mission of making rally more accessible. When we need to tap into those resources, we’re pulling from a pool of people we know and trust to fit into your crew for any event.
The Next Generation
We collaborate with student programs and automotive enthusiasts to bring more people into the fold. By opening pathways for offering hands-on experience learning the logistical reality of performance motorsports alongside experienced leaders we’re recruiting the next generation of rally competitors.
