Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle tech inspection & scrutineering?
Yes! We manage getting your car through technical inspection so your team can focus on spending quality time on reconnaissance to maximize your performance on stage.
Do I need to bring my own car for recce?
On a first-come first-serve basis we offer a recce car rental for a small fee. We’ll deliver the car to you before recce opens and you’re only responsible for the gas you use while out on course.
Can you crew for multiple cars at the same event?
We’re happy to service multiple teams at the same event! All that we ask is that you reach out to us in advance to talk details and so that we can coordinate with our clients effectively.
Do you offer any discounts on service fees?
Yes! When you sign on for multiple events in a season we can offer you a small discount to say thanks for being a frequent flier. When we crew for multiple cars at the same event it lowers the cost for everyone involved by sharing resources amongst the team.
What is the cutoff for planning an event?
Typically, movement plans must be updated days prior to the start of competition for the event. After ~14 days prior to an event we may not be able to accommodate your specifics, but please reach out and we’ll do what we can to make sure you’re not ghost crewing!
What if the event cancels?
In the event that organizers decide to cancel an event that you’ve purchased a movement plan for or sent a deposit for services, that credit rolls over to another event within 12 calendar months.
